Former Illinois Deputy Dies in Prison After Conviction in Massey Shooting

Sean Grayson, sentenced to 20 years for the 2024 killing of Sonya Massey, died while incarcerated at 32. His attorney confirmed the death; Grayson had also sought release after his cancer advanced.
