No Charges After Louisville Trash Truck Crushes Woman in Debris

A Louisville sanitation truck’s hydraulic arm lifted a woman from an alley debris pile and severely injured her before she reached a nearby store, where help was called. Prosecutors later declined to bring criminal charges against the workers.
